Pay-As-You-Go

Pay for individual sessions without being tied down.

Try us out for a few sessions at our Pay-As-You-Go Rate. If you love the experience as much as all our members, you can sign up for a package deal. We adjust the rates for those initial sessions to reflect the session rate included in your package!

Private Training

Just you and your trainer 1-on-1.

An exclusive opportunity to focus solely on your fitness goals. Having individualized attention allows for a tailored workout experience, one that ensures every exercise and technique is customized to your specific needs.

Couples Training

Make your marriage stronger.
Our couples sessions represent about one-third of our total member base. This fitness training is designed to bring you and your partner closer as you work together towards your wellness goals.

Partner Training

Together, you might achieve more!
This also represents about 1/3 our client base. Two or more clients get together to enjoy the additional “energy” partners offers with a considerable cost savings. Clients can bring in partners or request the studio to find a fit. This has always been very popular and offers all parties the full fitness experience. It does not get diluted!

In-Home Training

We bring the training to you.
