What is yoga?
Yoga is a 5,000-year-old discipline from India, developed as a practice to unite the mind and body. The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj which means “to join” or “to unite.” While yoga originated as a Hindu spirtual exercise, it has become a popular form of physical excercise for people of all religious affiliations.
Yoga can make you stronger and more limber. It’s makes you more calm and relaxed, as well more focused and alert. Yoga can help you feel great and function better in your daily life.

- Thursdays from 9:30am to 10:45am
- Crescent Place Studio
- Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting breath with movement. This class will slowly flow through yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
