Robert Racek

Robert Racek has a BA in Physical Education.

Robert’s vast knowledge comes from over 10 years of work in sculpting celebrity and non-celebrity clientele. His career in personal training has been very rewarding. He now specializes in helping people with body issues, which include physical limitations. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and the effects of stress on the body. Robert has worked with actors, models and everyday people.

Robert’s special technique concentrates on training the muscles to work together and preparing the physique for daily tasks by creating common movements you might do at home or work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises like Robert also emphasize core stability. His combination of functional training, circuit training, weight resistance training, stretching and cardiovascular conditioning helps his clientele get to their desired fitness level.

Robert has been training with Ferraiolo Fitness since 2010 and has a very loyal following.

Skip Habblitz

Skip Habblitz

Skip got involved in competitive weightlifting, power lifting, and bodybuilding at age 18. He competed in and won contests throughout the United States. He is now into his third career as a Personal Trainer, having retired from management positions in the Air Force as a Lt. Col., and in the aerospace industry. He received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Maryland and a masters degree from Central Michigan University.

Skip is certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He continued his education with certification as a Golf Fitness Instructor. In 2008 he won the Virginia State Masters Golf Championship.

Skip’s specialties include body shaping, strength and cardiovascular training, stretching exercises, and nutrition. He creates training programs for beginners and experienced weight trainers and for those who want to improve their athletic ability in sports, especially golf.

Skip will help you achieve your goals by customizing a program specific to your needs. He has been with Ferraiolo Fitness since 2006.

Damien McCombs

Damien McCombs

After years in the military, I decided to devote my passion for health, fitness, and coaching into a second career. I have many years of training elite military professionals (Special Forces, Ranger School, Airborne, Air Assault and other elite schools) youth coaching/teaching, and working with athletes who have the potential to play college athletics. I devoted myself to continuing education in sports psychology, athletic strength & conditioning, and youth sports coaching.

I will work with clients to meet their goals by developing programs that focus on strength and fitness, core training, weight loss, flexibility, and total health.

My goal is to educate clients on all aspects of maintaining optimal health and fitness levels, which include strength, cardio-vascular, nutrition, mobility/movement, flexibility, agility, balance, resilience and coordination. I motivate clients by focusing on them attaining their goals and pushing them to realize their fullest potential.

I specialize in the following:

Dave Kamienski

Dave Kamienski

After 20 years in the corporate world (computer software sales, engineering & information technology), Dave took a leave to develop his passion for health, fitness, and coaching into a second career. After decades of personal fitness experience and many years of youth coaching/teaching, Dave was certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA) in January 2007. He devotes himself to continuing education in exercise physiology, athletic strength & conditioning, and youth sports coaching.

Dave’s goal is to educate clients on all aspects of maintaining optimal health and fitness levels, which include strength, cardio-vascular, nutrition, mobility/movement, flexibility, and Body ABCs (agility, balance, coordination). He motivates clients by focusing on them attaining their goals. Like a sports coach, he pushes clients to realize their potential.

Denise Lankes

Denise Lankes

Denise calls her experience with Ferraiolo Fitness “life-changing.” She started training with Ralph in May of 2009. With consistent professional training, she exceeded my personal goals. She felt like she had to be a part of this systematic foolproof program and share it with others. Denise asked Ralph to mentor her through certification. He suggested the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is a comprehensive fitness model supported by scientific results and research. With this certification, Denise has become a proud member of the Ferraiolo Fitness Personal Training Team. As an Executive Agent for Allstate Insurance, she now trains Ferraiolo Fitness clients part-time. She works with both individuals and partners. “It’s been an inspiring fulfilling start to a new career,” Denise says.

John Stratman

John Stratman

John Stratman, Ferraiolo Fitness’ newest staff member, holds a personal trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, the world’s largest sports medicine and exercise science organization. John’s training includes in-depth research on effective exercise programs for all ages as well as the latest science and clinical practices.

John, a 24-year veteran of the CIA, worked a second career as a commercial and independent contractor before deciding to start a third as a personal trainer with Ferraiolo Fitness in Lansdowne and Leesburg. He strongly believes that a lifetime of physical exercise, “Fit for Life,” is the best prescription for good health.

In addition to his ACSM personal training and Red Cross CPR-AED certifications. John has a MA in history and additional graduate work in journalism and program management.

Caitlin Mansen

Caitlin Mansen

Caitlin became a certified personal trainer with NASM her first year of college to share her passion for fitness with her fellow students at James Madison University. While at JMU, Caitlin worked as an exercise specialist and helped many members of the community reach their fitness goals. Caitlin graduated from JMU with a Bachelors in Health Sciences the Spring of 2017.

Caitlin also loves working with children and teaching them how fun being fit and healthy can be! Caitlin also works with children on the autism spectrum to develop their motor functions, as a result these children lead happier and healthier lives.
Caitlin’s specialities include nutrition, weight loss, high intensity interval training (HIIT), weight training, cardiovascular training, body sculpting, swimming, hiking, and functional fitness.
